Customer service

The Krofian Company provides for customer service during and after warranty for the period of machine life. Our standard response time to a service event is 24 hours. Our customer can notify us of a failure on our HOT-LINE - a service line, open 24 hours a day. After an agreement with the customer we are capable to ensure even shorter response time (settled by service contract).

For quick solution of any service event the best possible description of the failure/problem is important. To notify us on a service event in writing use the address servis@krofian.cz.

Guarantee conditions:

Basic guarantee period for the goods delivered is 24 months. Guarantee for purchased components is given by guarantee provided by individual manufacturers, but not less than 12 months. Guarantee conditions as well as service conditions are always subject to negotiate within the scope of actual instance and customer.

Consignment guarantee:

  • stable position on market for 10 years - hundreds of successfully realized projects
  • elaborate project control system
  • an internal FMEA study is a part of any project
  • using only approved and verified, regularly audited suppliers
  • any source participating on project realization has a back-up for emergencies
  • all key phases of any project are realized by our own sources
  • we have industrial insurance against any damage, including negligently inflicted
  • we are certified according to ISO 9001:2000
