Control systems and visualization

VizualizaceOur machines and equipment are supplied including control systems and process visualization. We specialize in design, assembly, installation and programming PLC- and PC-based applications.

We integrate control systems from compact PLC to modular series; furthermore we realize decentralized control systems using peripherals on common industrial buses ProfiBus, CANopen, DeviceNet, Ethernet and others.
For particular projects we offer visualization, acquisition and evaluation of operational and process data from production plants, lines and technological complexes. We are capable to realize monitoring and evaluating systems as a superstructure to existing control system without necessity of its exchange. The acquired parameters, measured quantities and production statistics are displayed as graphs and values. The results of individual operations, material flows along the lines and parts (transport pallets) movements are visualized.

  • PLC Festo from compact systems FEC to modular systems IPC

  • PC with Advantech peripherals and programs in Delphi and C++ languages

As a sub-delivery we provide programming of Alan Bradley or Omron control systems.

Our programmers also have mastered robot control systems of Kuka, Fanuc a Mitsubishi brands.
