Part of the project is reporting its status to the customer. Internally, the project divides to more than 50 milestones; for any of them the responsible person is appointed.

In the course of any project the contracting authority co-operation is required. This co-operation is specified at the beginning but can arise also during contract realization.

In the majority of cases this means providing of drawing documentation and models of all components processed as well as products specimens for testing (acceptance at KROFIAN Company) and energy lines connection (will be defined during the course of project).
