Assembly machines and lines can be customized for manual handling or fully automated; in some applications a combination of both methods can be used as well. Another possibility of assembly design is the modular concept, which makes possible to expand capacities and technical performance according to customer's actual needs. Individual stations can be interconnected by conveyor system or the parts can be conveyed by hand.
Design concept is always made-to-measure for the contract and actual customer needs. It is necessary to consider space constraints, the required capacity, parts supply, inter-operation transport, adjustability (versatility) needs. Based on our experience we place great emphasis on satisfactory testing and tune-up of the line before installation at the customer site.

Reliable identification of individual components and assemblies entering the production or assembly process is a necessity for correct operation of the lines. Hence our machines are equipped by the best systems to prevent input items reference errors or incorrect assembly (Poka-Yoke).
During the assembly process, the subassemblies are several times checked for size and presence of all required elements; the use of other monitoring elements, e.g. camera systems, fully eliminates an incidental mix-up of discrepant subassemblies.
Last but not least, a fully automated assembly line cannot exist without reliable automatic feeding and sorting equipment. In this area we co-operate with renowned manufacturers of feed devices; in case of special applications we are capable to realize a feeding / sorting equipment of our own.
